Welcome to the Rules & Regulations of Deep Space: Twelve.
Firstly, I welcome you to a nice cup of hot cocoa and a bean bag while you peruse the Rules and regulations database on this handy little padd. Nifty, nay?
Well, let's get started. Now, these have updated and are likely to constantly updated so it goes without saying really that you ought to keep check on them every now and again. However, the main pointers will remain.
2. Spamming is prohibited and any unnecessary posts will be removed without notice. If you do not know how to modify a post, follow the following steps:
CTRL+C to copy what you need to put in the first post Look for a button that says, 'Modify'. It will take you to the page where you input information CTRL+V to paste your info and then click, 'Modify Post'.
3. One account per person.
4. All members must post at least once a month. Inactivity will lead to either suspension or deletion. If you are going to be away for more than a week, please post a notice in the Leave Of Absence board.
POSTING IN THE CHAT BOX DOES NOT COUNT!
5. Don't delete RP Posts as RP Boards go to Tankara's Database for records purposes.
6. If you want something in the calender, please run it past a member of staff and get clearance for it. Any who post without clearance with get a note in their user notes and a possibly a warning.
7. You must be Semi-Literate. No chatspeak is allowed.
8. Use some form of OOC when not in character. The OOC must preferably be related to the topic. Anything off topic can be said through the private messaging system or on a general discussion board in Tenforward.
9. God Moding and Power Playing is strictly prohibited.
10. We have no limits here but due to little eyes poking around, there is a special board for those who wish to RP more mature content. This board is password protected. If you wish to RP here, you must be 16+ and have a fourty posts before you can PM Admin for the password.
11. Advertising is restricted to designated Advertising areas. Any advertisements found not in designated areas will be deleted immediately and without notice. If you are a member and have committed this offence, you will receive a warning.
11. Pictures or Graphics must not exceed the width of the screen.
12. Due to constant spamming by guests, guests will have to either log in or register to join before they can see the site. Please look in board summaries if the board is guest friendly or not.
13. No perfect characters. We don't want an ugly band of Mary Sues or Gary Stus.

See someone breaking the rules? Let us know and we will deal with it accordingly. Please do not shout at the offender because he or she broke the rules. Remember, harmony is necessary. By E-Mail only please at ds12tankara@yahoo.com.
If you have been suspended or banned and disagree with the decision, please use the site E-Mail with the subject matter as Objection, then add your username on the end of it and one of the Command Council will deal with the objection accordingly. Please include proof of why you should not have been suspended/banned otherwise; you cannot make a valid argument.
If you have received a warning, you will see a little reddish bar everytime you post on the boards. If you see it and don't know why you've received it, please check your user notes. This appears on your profile. It will provide the nature of the offence, the date and time of the offence and the board title the offence was found upon.
